Is it possible to restrict CPU and main memory to users in Hospworks? Otherwise, cluster utilization is reaching 100% if one user is running big jobs. How we can avoid 100% cluster utilization?

You can manage storage and compute quotas per project see (Quotas) in the docs on how to do that.
You can also limit how many projects a user can create, but you can not restrict CPU and main memory to users directly.
