If you haven’t done it after the yum update, could you try restarting the machine and try again?

post reboot wheel installation throws -
tensorflow-gpu 1.14.0 requires tensorboard<1.15.0,>=1.14.0, but you’ll have tensorboard 2.3.0 which is incompatible.
tensorflow-gpu 1.14.0 requires tensorflow-estimator<1.15.0rc0,>=1.14.0rc0, but you’ll have tensorflow-estimator 2.3.0 which is incompatible.

Did you have these packages installed already? Try uninstalling manually. In general, I’d recommend you to try and do the setup from a clean environment such as a fresh VM.
